At the reserved time, drop off your vehicle and check in with one of our site managers at the designated spot where MyDetailer will be located. Customers usually drop off when they arrive for work and pick up when they're off work. If you arrive at work before the time that MyDetailer arrives, you need to leave the keys at the front desk for MyDetailer to pick up. Please make sure to notify MyDetailer with your specific vehicle information and a License number.
When the car service is complete, MyDetailer will contact you to let you know your car is ready. If there is a specific time that you would like the service to be done or to pick up the car after the service is complete, you can indicate that in the comments field of the mobile app reservation or let the site manager know at drop off. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Paypal.
